Establishing Fair Market Value in Hospital-Physician Arrangements
|
Format: Audio CD-ROM (includes presentation materials) When creating contracts to compensate medical staff for services provided to the hospital, knowledge of federal laws is crucial. Without careful attention to detail, a hospital can find itself out of compliance with regulations intended to prevent inappropriate utilization and referral of Medicare/Medicaid patients. This recorded audioconference, part two of a seven-part audioconference series taught by THA experts and attorneys from several law firms, can help you understand how to create contracts that meet the letter of the law. |
