Texas Hospital Association's online data form replaces the former paper-based process, which allowed you to make updates to your hospital listing only annually. The online process is Web-based, meaning you can make as many changes as you need, at any time throughout the year.
Use the instructions below to update your hospital's and personnel's current records:

THA will use your hospital's records online as of Nov. 7, 2008, to publish in the 2009 THA Membership Directory. To ensure that your hospital listing in the 2009 directory is accurate, please check your hospital information and make any changes by Nov. 7, 2008. |
